Tinian Ocean View Resort and Casino is in an up-and-coming investment area – this unique spot on Tinian, a territory of the U.S. is close to the famous Kammer Beach. The resort will be a new tourism landmark on the island, with a development area of more than 40,000 square meters. This project is invested in, developed by, and constructed by Bridge Investment Group, LLC (BIG) and managed by American Northern Marianas Regional Center (ANMRC). It includes the Port Hotel, Tinian Ocean View Resort, as well as a wharf, ferry, casino, shopping mall, and more. Phase 1, the casino, is scheduled to begin operation by the first quarter of 2019, with an EB-5 investor cap of 285.
